What God said to me | Be concerned about the siritual condition of others. Pray for them. |
What I said to God | I am having trouble putting my thoughts together today. It is a good thing You know my heart. :) Over the years I have shut down when it comes to being concerned about the spiritual condidtion of others. This is not because I do not care, but because it hurts so badly. Every time I think I am ready to open up in the area, i am overwhelmed by what othera are going through. I remember all too clearly the nights of awaking with my face drenched in tears and my hands clutching my chest because my heart literally felt like it was going to explode fron concern for others. Each time I begin to feel this way again, I shut down again. May I have concern without the pain? If not, please give me grace to endure the pain as I interced for those I know have needs of one sort or another. |
