What God said to me | Be careful not to judge others based on past, present, or previous actions. You do not know their hearts, but I do. While it is true that a relationship with Me will change a person, it is not up to you to decide how that change should be manifested. It is up to you to love, encourage, and comfort (per Our conversation yesterday). |
What I said to God | It is easy to say that someone has not had a genuine experience with You because they do not fit into a certain mold (ex. they don’t attend church regularly, they don’t behave a certain way, etc.). I do have to guard against making judgments against people based on whether or not they fit into my image of what a Christian should say or do or look like. You have made me more keenly aware of this over the past several years. Help me to continue to mature in this area. Help me to love, encourage, and comfort and leave the changing (and changes) to You. |
